The Clerk to the Commissioners serves as the official recorder for the meetings of the Board of County Commissioners. The Clerk is the keeper of the County Seal, the Clerk attests and affixes to all official documents and contracts executed by the County Commissioners; is the official custodian of all County Government documents; ensures all official actions taken by the Board of County Commissioners are maintained and recorded in compliance with the proper state or federal agency; schedules retreats, summits, training and other such meetings for County Commissioners with Boards, Commissions, Committees and outside agencies.
