    Job Description: Detail-oriented professional needed to perform supervisory civil engineering and related work. Develop, review, and evaluate studies, reports, requests for proposals; make recommendations on projects. Review developer submissions of proposed water and sewer infrastructure submissions for adequacy of facilities.
