PHOTO RELEASE: Commissioners Tour New County Ambulance

On Tuesday, Nov. 7, the Board of Commissioners toured the newest county ambulance, which will serve as a reserve unit for the Department of Emergency Services. County emergency medical technicians and paramedics were instrumental in reviewing the initial plan for design, layout, and features, and ensuring safety was the top priority. The decision-making process for this ambulance is a great example of Charles County Government’s High Performance Organization model at work, which encourages all levels of employees to provide input.
