This program uses the services of Govolutions LLC, and takes full advantage of internet security in the handling of your credit card information.  Credit Card Chargebacks and/or Returned E-Checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee. Always print a copy for your records.

NOTICE: Allow 3 business days for credit card payments to be posted to your account. Payment date is the date we receive and post your payment to your water/sewer account.

NOTICE: Effective 04/01/2009 Govolution, LLC WILL CHARGE a processing fee of $4.95 per item when paying water & sewer utility bills online.

*For customers receiving their utility bills from the Towns of La Plata and Indian Head, please contact their office when remitting payment.  Payments accepted by this site for these municipalities and outside of the Charles County jurisdiction will be returned.   

**If your water has been disconnected please contact the Billing Office at 301-645-0624 or 301-870-2542 to schedule reconnection. Payment after 3:00 pm will result in water reconnection the following business day.

To pay your tax or utility bill account by phone, simply call 866-692-6828. Be sure to have your account information and billing invoice(s) readily available. The system relies on accuracy of this information to process a valid transaction. Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted for this option only. No American Express at this time.
