THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Antonio M. and Velna R. Parrish for a variance approval of an 8 ft. reduction to the rear building restriction line (BRL) of 20 ft. and establish a new 12 ft. rear BRL for the construction of a deck. The variance request is in accordance with the provisions of Article II, Section 297-26 C.(1.)(b.) and Article XXV, 297-416 of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance. The property address is 3092 Hapsburg St., Waldorf, Maryland, designated as Tax Map 7, Grid 21, Parcel 441 (Lot 95) within the Avalon Subdivision.  Lot 95 is approximately 7,290 square feet and zoned Low Density Residential (RL).  The Board of Appeals is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland.
