THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR CHARLES COUNTY, MARYLAND has been petitioned by Weatherly Farm, LLC and James and Denise Edelen for a Special Exception to provide a scenic event location on their farm, as provided in Article XIII, Section 297-292 (Use No. 4.01.400) and Article XXV, Section 297-415 of the Charles County Zoning Ordinance. The subject property, as shown on Tax Map 86, Grid 11, Parcel 2, is located at 14145 Banks O’Dee Road, Newburg, Maryland in the Agricultural Conservation (AC) Zone on approximately 25 acres. The Board is hereby giving notice that a Public Hearing will be held on this matter Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Charles County Government Building, La Plata, Maryland.
