Board of Commissioners Quarterly Joint Town Hall Meeting (District 4)

Tuesday, December 9, 2025

LOCATION: St. Charles High School (5305 Piney Church Road, Waldorf, MD 20602). 

 The meeting will be held in the school auditorium. Please enter through door 28 in the performing arts wing and park adjacent to it in the student parking lot. 

TIME: 6:00 PM

Commissioners Public Comment Sessions

The purpose of the Board of Commissioners' public comment opportunities is to discuss topics of importance to the community. All residents are invited to participate regardless of district location in Charles County. NOTE: Public Comment Sessions are hybrid meetings with both in-person and virtual speaking options. 

In-Person Speakers: In-Person speaker sign-up begins 30 minutes prior to any scheduled Public Comment Session at the Charles County Government Building, 200 Baltimore Street, La Plata, MD 20646.

Virtual Speakers: Call (240) 776-6709 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on the date of the scheduled Commissioners Public Comment Session to register to speak. Once registered, you will receive a virtual link to present comments. If you are not available to speak when your name is announced, we have the right to move on to the next speaker. Each speaker will be allotted three (3) minutes for comments.
