Download and complete the Request for Spoken Language Interpreter (CC-DC-041) form.

You have 3 delivery method options to file your request regarding a circuit court matter.

2. Mail your request to the Clerk's Office:

3. Hand-deliver your request to the Clerk's Office - 200 Charles Street, La Plata, MD 20646.

Be sure to include your case number on the request (if applicable).
