The SOAR program provides services to older adults in need of long-term services and supports to allow those older adults to age in a location selected by the older adult with appropriate services, supports, and housing opportunities.  Financial assistance may be available to eligible clients for services such as personal care, chore service, medical supplies, personal emergency response systems, adult day programs, and assisted living housing assistance.
