The Nanjemoy Community Center offers a wide variety of programs and services designed to fulfill the needs of the Nanjemoy community. In addition to recreational programming, other services offered at the Nanjemoy Community Center include:

Billiards and Open Pool Room

This free program is open to those 18 and older, ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tables are open for practice Monday - Friday starting at 9:00 a.m.

Book Exchange

Books provided by donation are available Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Facility Rental

The center is available for rentals by private parties and organizations. For pricing, availability, and to make reservations please call 301-246-9612.

Fitness Opportunities

The Center provides a free Fitness room for ages 18 and older; ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A NuStep machine, crunch boards, recumbent bike, Hoist single gym, and treadmills are available for you to build your own fitness program. Fitness Orientations are available to learn proper techniques on the fitness equipment and how to exercise safely. Orientations are scheduled throughout the month; please check with the Center's staff for available dates and times. The Fitness Room is open during Center hours.

Health Services

The Nanjemoy Community Center is home to Health Partners, Incorporated a non-profit primary healthcare and dental provider.

Healthcare and Dentalcare are provided as scheduled. Please call Health Partners at 301-645-3556 to schedule an appointment.

Open Computer Lab

The Center provides a free Computer Lab for ages 18 and older; ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Computer Lab operates during Center hours. Internet access is available. Note: There is a small fee for printing in the computer lab.

Nanjemoy Heritage Day
