Submissions may be subject to the Maryland Public Information Act (MPIA)

If you're experiencing issues with logging in or receiving the one-time passcode (OTP), follow these steps to reset your credentials and complete your registration:

Enter the email address you used to register, then click “Forgot your password?”

Re-enter your email address. After receiving the password reset email, follow the instructions to set a new password.

Once your password is reset, log in at https://cpauthentication.civicplus.com using your updated credentials.

Visit SeeClickFix.com

Click “Resident Sign Up”

Scroll down and select “Already have an account? Sign in”

Log in to complete your SeeClickFix account setup.
🔒 Important: All users must complete the registration process before logging in. If you already have a CivicPlus account, you still need to follow these steps to finalize your SeeClickFix registration.
