When a holiday falls on a regular recycling collection day, pickups will shift by one day for the rest of the week, with Saturday being the final pickup day. If your normal pickup day falls on or after a listed holiday, it will move to the next day. The schedule returns to normal the following week.

Affected Pickup Days:

• Thursday, Jan 1 (New Year's Day) → Pickup moves to Friday, Jan 2, and so on through Saturday.

• Monday, Jan 19 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) → Pickup moves to Tuesday, Jan 21, and so on through Saturday.

• Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day) → Pickup moves to Tuesday, May 26, and so on through Saturday.

• Monday, Sept 7 (Labor Day) → Pickup moves to Tuesday, Sept 8, and so on through Saturday.

• Friday, Nov 27 (Thanksgiving Day) → Pickup moves to Saturday, Nov 28

• Friday, Dec 25 (Christmas Day) → Pickup moves to Saturday, Dec 26

Saturday is the final collection day for the week, so if your pickup was originally scheduled for Friday, it will be moved to Saturday. If your collection day is before the holiday, your schedule remains the same.
